Club Valero Membership: Club Valero collects information about members at the time when a person first joins a programme and while a person is a member. Club Valero Resort Management: In its role of managing some resorts, Club Valero collects personal information related to bookings and as necessary for other purposes related to the management of the resort facility. Club Valero collects information on individuals when they book their travel arrangements, in order to process the transaction and to fulfill booking requests with travel and tourism operators.

WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION AND TERMS OF REFUND
Members are allowed a period of calendar days from the date of down payment realization to withdraw their membership application and claim a refund. Application for the withdrawal must be duly a signed by the member (in case of joint application, both the member and co- applicant) and should reach Registered office VCPL within days of applications for admission. If a member fails to do so his/her/its rights to claim the withdrawal and refund shall lapse. Refund shall be done within 90 working days from the receipt of request for the withdrawal. 7.3 Refund shall be without any interest and VPCL is entitled to deduct administrative charges@ and bank transaction charges @2% of package cost and applicable taxes. Cancellation by member a) A member can cancel his membership in the mid of his membership tenure is case of any gap of services; however such Cancellations shall be subject to following deduction: All applicable taxes Administrative charges@ of the package cost. Cost of any special offer or benefits availed. Cancellation beyond one year shall levy additional deduction of per year.
Cancellation by VCPL
Default in payment of membership price by the member. Default in payment of AMC in full or in part for 3 consecutive years by the members. Breach of contract by the member any other action by member and or his/her/its guest or occurrence of any event or situation within the premise of club Valero ties up. Properties in India and abroad which constitutes a criminal offense against the member or those accompanying the member. The refund shall be in accordance with and subject to the clause 7.4 Upon termination due to breach or non-payment of any of the above said fees/charges Club Valero holds the right to forfeit the entire money paid by member 7.6 In the event of termination aforesaid, the member shall return to club Valero the membership card and other documents issued by club Valero to avoid the misuse of the documents by member. In case the member does not return and misuse the documents then member shall be solely and entirely liable for such acts and club Valero shall be indemnified for any kind of costs and consequences due to misuse of the said documents by the defaulting member.
